Can someone tell me the two levels starly evolves at and all of his moves?

Yeah I can help you with the first bit of your question. For the last part however, I will have to provide you with a link to all of his moves. Alright, in order for Starly to evolve into his second form Staravia, you need to level Starly up till he reaches level 17. Once he reaches level 17, he will evolve. In order for Staravia to evolve into Staraptor, you need to level him up till he reaches 36. Once you level him up to 36, he will eovolve and you will have a Staraptor.

This link will take you the page that contains all the info that Serebii.net has on Starly. If you scroll down the page a little, you will see a list of moves that Starly can learn, and at what level he learns them. Hope this helps.

Hi I know quite a bit about bird Pokemon, they are my specialty. O.k all about starly...
When it hatches it comes out on lv 1. It's basic moves are
*takle
*growl
Lv 5 it learns quick attack. Lv 9 wing attack. Lv 13 double team
Lv 14 it evolves into staravia
Lv 18 endevor
Lv 23 whirlwind
Lv 28 aerial ace
Lv 33 take down
Lv 34 evolves into staraptor and learns close combat
Lv 41 agility
Lv 49 brave bird (the best move) and thats all if you need to know anything else just ask

Ok don't know all the moves but it evolves at level sixteen into staraptor and level 36 into staraptor wich is not that bad. Hope this helps.
