I can't remember exactly what they say off the top of my head, but they give you the directions to get to the room where like 4 items are located, basically the only room of great worth to the player. If you look carefully enough at them you can make out the words, you can also just look around until you find the one room, it's not too difficult.
Well, they basically tell you that a few of the nearby rooms have items for you to get, or have Unown inside of the rooms that can be captured, treasure rooms most likely. Really though, I never used the message to navigate my way around, I just went, and looked around the ruins for myself. They are simple to move through, and you can see what is in the rooms for yourself. Just go explore. Its what you were meant to do.
Those are ruins where unknown are found. Not much in there but a rare candy.
