Hi I have two questions for you,is there a place where you can go to get accesories and kind of getting the lyric accesories,I know you can get them well bringing you Pokemon for a walk but those things never come up.And can you tell me the place where you can get a Lucario,im new to Pokemon because I just bought the game a week ago.

You can get a Lucario from Riley who is on Iron Island. In order to sail to Iron Island, you need to get to Canalave City, and talk to the sailor. When you ask him, he will take you to Iron Island where you will team up with Riley, and battle some Pokemon, and team galactic members. After you beat them all he will show his appreciation by giving you a Riolu egg, which is the baby form of Lucario. You just need to have an empty slot in your party.
