I have 4 badges and I don't know how to get the 5 one, plz some one help. I keep going around in cicles. I also need to know where to get the move rock climb or rock scale. The one that lets you climb the walls.

You can find the HM for Rock climb in the blizzard area south of Snowpoint City, I think. Look for a house in the middle of the blizzard area, and around the house will be a pokeball containing the HM rock climb. The 5th gym leader is Fontina, she is in Hearthome City. In order to make her appear in the gym, you need to head over to the contest hall which is the big, circular building in the middle of the town. If you go stand in front of it, Fontina should up to you, and tell you about the gym.
The 5th badge is in Hearthome City and the Gym leader uses ghost-type Pokemon so you should use Dark-type moves. Rock Climb is South of Snowpoint City. You find it on the ground behind a house in the blizzard on the route up there.
