Does anyone know an action replay code that lets you change the place in which you met a Pokemon on that pokemon's summary? If there isn't, someone PLEASE make a code for it!

I do not know of a code like that, but some of the pokesav users there may know a code like that, or how to make a code like that. Whenever you need someone to make you a code, or you have any questions about the Action Replay DS then go to the Pokemon Action Replay Forum, and ask there. The link will take you there.
