Pokerus

How can you tell if your Pokemon have the Pokerus because I have a palkia and when I see it's bio it has a little face near it and it levels up in a pinch it's at level 84 and getting 3000 exp points almost level it up whole and if it has the Pokerus how do you spread it through my other Pokemon please tell me asap

PS I got him at a trade.

Its hacked just so you know. The smile means it can no longer spread. It does have pokerus but is not contagious.

The face means that is has pokerus, but that it's not contageous anymore. In order for it to spread, you need to find a pikemon of yours that has a purple box with "PKRS" in it. Then walk around with that Pokemon and pokerus will spread to all other Pokemon in your party. You can keep changing the pokamon in your party until all your pokamon have pokerus. Hope this helps!

You can tell if your Pokemon has pokerus because of the pokemon's summary, it will say Pokerus somewhere in the summary. Also, whenever you heal your Pokemon at the Pokemoncenter, nurse joy will tell you that one of your Pokemon is infected with pokerus. The smiley face means that your Pokemon has had Pokerus before, and cannot get it again. If you want to spread the pokerus virus, then stick the infected Pokemon in an PC box, and wait till another Pokemon gets infected.
