I have both of these now what do I do with them

I'm not even going to bother asking where you got the items, because I already I know. You can take the Oak's letter to Route 224, which you can get to by going through the secret entrance in the Elite Four cave. There will be a big man blocking the entrance however, so in order get through you must beat the Elite Four, and obtain the national pokedex. You can get Arceus using the Azure Flute. All you have to do, is get to the top of Mount Coronet, and go to where you fought Palkia. Once you are there, your player will automatically play the flute, and a stairway leading to Arceus will appear.

Azure Flute is to catch Arceus and Oaks leter I am unsure. Google maybe?

Ok for Azure flute go to Mt.Coronet where you got Palkia play the flute a staircase will appear go up them to find the Hall of Origin with Arceus in it catch Arceus if you can.Then the Oaks Letter can use at route 224 which I don't know what it does.Hope this helped.

Just so you all know Oak's letter lets you catch Shaymin. He's at the large white rock on route 224.
