Hoe the heck do you get the Azure Flute without a cheat from an Action Replay???
I really want Arceus cause I already have Shaymin and Darkrai... Please send me
Some help!!!

OK that last line went a little to far.
Well there is only one way to get the azure flute without cheating being involved and that is to get it through a nintendo event. They don't seem to come by very often but they give good stuff away. Youll have to check official websites for dates and times and such or if anything will even happen in your area.
One way that involves cheating but indirectly, is to trade someone and have their Pokemon hold an illegitimate azure flute is that cheating? Depends on who you are asking. I say yes.

You must go to a nintendo event. Nintendo.com should have dates and times.

There is no way to get an Azure flute without cheating. You could go to a Nintendo Event, but I doubt that Nintendo will be holding one anytime soon. You can however, find out when they are holding one, and where by constantly checking the websites : Nintendo.com, and pokemon.com

Alternatively, you could find someone that has an Arceus that would be willing to trade it to you, but if they have one, they probably have a Action Replay cheat device in their back pocket.
