It is uite simple actually, all you have to do is take it to Oreburgh Museum and you give it to a guy he then revives it and all you need tto do from there is walk out of the building then back in, talk to him to get your fossil back.

To revive the fossil that you may have, you need to go to Oreburgh city, and head to the rock museum. On the right side of there museum will be a scientist who will receive the fossils. Hope this helps.

Fly/walk/ride to Oreburgh city. In Oreburgh there is a museum. Enter the Museum and on the right side(or the other right side) there is a man dressed as a scientist. Give this man the fossil and leave. Walk around, battle, party, ect. Then go back and your fossil should be fully revived.

P.S. Make sure there is and empty space in your party or he won't give it to you until there is one.

Ok first go to Orbergh city with your fossil.Go inside the biggest building now go to a scientist in the building he will take your fossil do a little bit now go back with one slot open for your Pokemon that was from your fossil you will have your fossil Pokemon!Hope I helped!
