How do I fix this?:whenever I start the game I appear in a a blank space that says hall of origen.

How to fix it? You saved the game when you were there weren't you? If so, then you should just be able to leave. Try using the Action Replay code that got you in there, to get you out. If that doesn't help, then I'm sorry, but you will have to start the game over.
Why would you leave just yet? You can catch Arceus there.
