The next gym is in pastoria city is is a water type gym if you still in Veilstone city all you have to do is go down to Route 21 and thin you will see lake Valor and thin a small town if you go passed that small town you will find pastoria city ps:i you ned help getting out of the small town go down untill you see the farest down builing and enter it and go out through the door and your on your way.
The 4th gym leader is in Pastoria City. If you are in Heart Home City, then all you have to do is head south, and go east past the Pokemon Mansion to arrive in Pastoria City.
