The Hall of Origin is not in the Pokemon Diamond, or Pokemon Pearl games. If they are, I cannot tell you where they are, because I have never seen it before.
Get azure flute then go to spear pillar and then go to the top and itll pop up to where you play the flute play it and then go up and fight arceus lvl80
You need to get a azure flute and go to speap piller then walk fared a few steps and the game will ask you if you want to play the flute and if you do the stairs will go higher and higher then you will firth arceus lv 80
I have no idea what the Hall of Origin is, have you got the wrong game?
