You have to go to an event to get new moon island. At this event you will recive an item which will grant you access to the hotel in canalave on the northern part. With the item you go to sleep in the hotel and awake by darkrai inat new moon island. Turn back cave is on spring path(witch will open up after you beat the elite four). Go through this path, past a lake, rockclimb up a wall and there is turn back cave.

As for the snow temple beat the E4 and you need the three regis from the ruby gen. good luck and happy gaming,

For new moon island:use the action replay code that lets you run anywhere and,go off the right side of fullmoon,keep running until you reach an island.

For snowpoint temple:beat the Pokemon league and,go to the top of snowpoint city.

Note in order for you to reach any of these temples, you must have beat the Elite Four, and/or obtained the National Pokedex. You can only get Access to Newmoon Island by going to a Nintendo Event, or by using an Action replay. Turnback Cave is on the Spring path, which is south of Hearthome City I think. It is easy to get to, but a pain to go through. You must have beaten the Elite four.

To get access to the Snow Temple, you must have obtained the National Pokedex, and have beaten the Elite Four. After you do that, thew woman will let you through, and you can go catch Regigigas(who sucks). In order to Catch Regigags though, you must have all three Regi's in your party.

4 snow point temple You MUST obtain the natinal dex! And 4 new moon island use the action replay code that lets you walk anywhere or wait 4 nintendo event!

Well to tell you the truth going into the snow pint temple is usless unless you have all three regis cause to get something out of the temple you nned all three cause wen you get to the end of the temple in snow point city you will see a statue of the king (Regigagis) if you approch it will see that wen all three are to gether which means the regirock regice amd registeel the king will appear which is regigagis he will be at level 70 and has the abilaty of slow start which means at the start of everybattle he will be slow and sorta weak but after a few turns he gets his act together and thats wen all should watch out cause he is very very powerful
