Ok here's one. I have a Manaphy egg, but it wont hatch. I've walked over 10,000 steps and it's still doesnt hatch. Do I have to hatch it while I'm surfing, since the Pokemon is the "prince of the sea"

I hatched my manaphy egg in sunnyshore city it takes a long time but it's worth it trust me
