How do you get the mystery gift and when are the times for Canada to get the items?

To get Myserty Gift, here is what you have to do. Go to the Jubilife City Television Center, and make your way up to the third floor. Once you are on the third floor, go and talk to the man standing beside the woman, he will ask to interview you say, choose the yes option. For the first interview answer EVERYONE HAPPY. He will ask to interview you again, so again choose the yes option. This Time answer as WI-FI Connection. If you answered both interviews correctly, then you should get the mystery gift option after you save, and re-start the game.
