I think I can help.
1) To get the old rod, go to the city where the hall that leads to Canalave city is, and talk to the fisherman in it. He will give you one.
2)Sorry, I don't remember.
3)Darkrai is a Nintendo Event, so there are only a few ways to get it.
1st: Go to a Nintendo Event.
2nd: Use an Action Replay.
3rd: Trade.
4th: Mix records with someone who has been to an event.

To get darkrai without a event first you must have the walk through wals cheat then go to full moon island and walk/run right until you get to new moon island then go in the cave and theres darkrai!
