My friend told me how to get to the Glitch Island! All you have to do is find a rock in the middle of some water in Victory Road and use Rock Smash + Strength on it!
But... I can't find a rock in water in V.R. Anywhere! If someone finds a rock like this, please tell me. I also have a run anywhere AR cheat, if it helps.

Well, sorry to tell you this, but whatever your friend told you was most likely a lie. There is no such thing as Glitch Island. If I were you, I wouldn't even waste my time looking for it.

If I was Ashton Kutcher, I would pop out right about now, and say, 'You got Punk'd!' But since I'm not, all I can say is that your friend lied to you. Glitch Island can only be found in Pokemon Yellow, Pokemon Red, and Pokemon Blue. Only there, so do not bother looking for it in any other Pokemon game.
I've never heard of glitch island, but there's a glitch city in Red/Blue/Yellow.
