Can someone make a cheat that has the Pokemon froslass with flash fire, blaziken with whatever ability is good for it, dragonite any ability that is good for it, pikachu with levitate, feraligator with volt absorb, and roserade with flash fire. All stats at their max (not 999) max iv's and ev's.any attack is fine. And a good nature for them. Please and thank you.

You said please, but no I, nor anyone else cannot make you the code that you want. It is against the rules to reuqest a code here, and it is also against the rules to give you the code that you want. If you want the code really bad, then go and make a request in the Pokemon Action Replay Forum.
