Where is Darkrai

Where do you get a Darkrai? I heard you can get it some place called FullMoon island is that true is it a Nintedo Event how do you get it please feel free to answer

Yes, you do get Darkrai at Fullmoon Island. And yes, it is a Nintendo Event Pokemon, unfortunately. You get some kind of pass, then use it to check in at the Inn. You have a bad dream about Darkrai. The next day you go talk to the sailor in Canalave City, and he'll take you to Fullmoon Island.

Yes, it is true. You do have to go to a Nintendo Event to get Darkrai, either do that, or get an Action Replay. After you receive the Membership pass, go to Canalave City, and use the Card on the locked door of the Hotel. Go inside of the hotel and fall asleep, when you wake up, follow the path on the island. Soon you will come to an opening so go in there, and kill Darkrai, as it is a dream. When you wake up, leave the hotel, and go talk to the sailor. He will take you to Fullmoon/newmoon Island where Darkrai is, when you get there follow the same path that you did your dream. Then go in, and catch Darkrai.
