Yes there is, there is a code for almost anything, so why wouldn't there be a code for a level 100 Darkrai with the all the ribbons? Unfortunately, since it is against the rules, I cannot tell you the code, so you will have to get your hands dirty by looking around the Pokemon Action Replay Forum.
