They vary. Between 50-66. Bring Pokemon in around the Mid 50's and maybe late 40's.

I'll tell you the types of Pokemon that the Elite Four like to use.

First: Bug types, varying from lvl 50-59
Second: Ground types, varying from lvl 53-59
Third: Fire types, varying from lvl 55-60
Fourth: Psychic types, varying from lvl 56-61
Champion: Random types (i can remember she has a Milotic, Garchomp, Spiritomb and three other pokemon) varying from lvl 58-66

Ideal team for beating the Elite Four:
Fire
Grass
Ground/Water
Dark
Ice or a dragon with Ice Beam.
