HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you should know by now, there are some bodies of water in the game, that are just to fill the game areas, and towns out, so they are only for decoration. The water in Sunyshore City, is one such case, it is merely for show, non surf-able territory. You can however. Go to the sandy area in the northern parts of SunyShore City, and surf there.

You need to get the action replay

It's not possible to surf the waters near Sunnyshore.
Though I've heard some people did it, but with a Cheat Device.
You could try yourself but so far I've never been able (with even a cheat device) surfed the waters there.

The only way to surf around sunyshore city is when you beat the final gym leader then you talk to Jasmin (sorry if I spelled it wrong)shes under the walkway to the gym then you get it from her but talk to her then you will be able to surf to the Pokemon league and that is the only place to surf no place else in sunyshore hopes this helps.

The only place you can surf around there is to go to the elite four. To surf around the town in general you will need a cheating device.

You don't need a cheat to do this. I think there is something you need to do b4 you get to sunnyshore
