Cheating is for people who aren't able to actually catch the hard to catch pokemon... But it is useful for getting the impossible ones... Like arceus or darkrai... There's an easier way.
Get leaf green or fire red, catch 100 different Pokemon, go to the cave near cerulean city, and Mew at lv.70 id in there. How hard is that... Bet you can't do it ;)

If you have the cheat, just put the code in. If you really want the mewtwo then you will break your fingers putting in that long code. You could also migrate a mewtwo from Pokemon Fire red and Leaf green, if you have one of those games.
