Can you make a Male Electivire with OT PKTOPIA, ID 06257, Its move set is thunder punch, ice punch, cross chop, earthquake and also make a female magmortar with OT PKTOPIA, ID 06257, with move set of Flamethrower, psychic, Hyper beam, and solar beam and please make it tradeable through wifi but if you can't thats ok and it would be good if you make it becuz it is an event and people would kill for it so pleez make it THANXXX
