Dusk stome will evolve:
Misdreavus into mismagius
Murkrow into honchkrow
If you don't have these Pokemon, you can catch a misdreavus in the lost tower and eterna forest(in pearl only) only at night.
And you can catch murkrow in those same places but only in diamond.
You can also catch a murkrow in fire red and migrate it. (lost cave)
And you can catch a misdreavus in leaf green and migrate it. (lost cave)
