Jirachi is only obtainable(without codes) when you have the Pokemon Colosseum Bonus Disk. Transfer it to Ruby or Sapphire, then migrate to DP. There are tons of AR codes to obtain Jirachi. Some of them should work.

Now hold L while walking in a patch of grass (sometimes it might not work) and you'll mind Jirachi (sorry that this answer is very long)
