how do i use seals???

When you're near solaceon town, there is a house near the ruins just south of the town, get the seal case from there, then when you are in sunyshore, go to the market (not the pokemart) and buy some seals-stickers from the salesman, the seals he sells will be different every day for seven days, then he cycles through the same ones again.

Then when you look in your pc, there will be an option to apply the seal-stickers... (the second option in your list) and you will be able to apply eight seal-stickers to eachof the twelve seals in there. You can also put seals around your Pokemon in that part... But whilst there are seals on the pokeball, you will not be able to put the Pokemon in your pc. You have to remove the seal from the pokemon... But the seal-stickers will remain on the seal.

Go to the PC and click on your Box, it should have an option that says Capsule Seals, I guess.

Okay...go to your computer and it should say seals...that is the area for in the game for seals...they never run out so you can re-use them as much as you want.

In Solaceon town, to the east will be some ruins, with a little boy in them. When you talk to him, he will leave, and go back to his house. Follow him, and once you are inside his house, talk to him to get a seal case. Later on in the game, after you've gotten to SunyShore city, you should the building to the left of the entrance, and in that building is some people who will sell you seals. After you have boughten the ones you want, go to a Pokemon center, and click on the PC, and you should see the Seals option, that's how you do it.
