Were can I find all the legendarie Pokemon exept uxie,azelf,mespirit,and palkia and what pokeball am I suposed to catch them with,if anibody can answer this I thank you alot.

Well...you can catch Rotom in the mansion near Eterna City.Heatran can be found on Stark Mountain.Dialga is only found on Pearl.You can use any type of poke ball.I hope this.
How to get these Legendaries:
1) Beat the Elite4
2) Get the National Pokedex
Legendary Pokemon:
Regigigas:
Regigigas is found in the SnowPointTemple. To catch him you must catch the three Regis for him to battle you. You could get Regirock, Registeel, and Regice through the PalPark.
Heatran:
Heatran is in the Volcano in the Survival Area. To get Heatran get the magma stone, but Buck would steal it. Follow Buck. He would be in his Grandfather's house. Go back into the Vocano and Heatran is there.
Cresselia:
Cresselia is found on FullMoonIsland. To go there you have to fly to Canalave City. Go into that Sailor's house. Talk to his kid and wife. Now go outside and talk to the Sailor. He should take you to Fullmoon Island where Cresselia is. Cresselia should run away so you have to look for it.
Girantina:
Giratina is found in the springs. Fly to Vielstone City. Go all the way down till you see a path on the right side. Go there and there should be a cave above. Go in there and Girantina should be in there.
Rotom:( Not sure if Legendary )
Rotom is in the abandoned house. Go to the Eterna Forest. The Abodoned House is on the far right side. Go in and Rotom is on the 2nd Floor. Go into a room that has a TV.( Note: Rotom appears in the night ) Talk to it and select yes. Rotom should battle you now.
Manaphy:
To get Manaphy you have to trade it from Pokemon Rangers. Get the egg from a guy with a green shirt in any PokeMarket.
Phione:
To get Phione you have to breed it with a Manaphy and Ditto.
Darkra:
To get Darkra you have to open the mystery gift. Once you do get the member's pass from a guy with a green shirt in any PokeMarket go into that abandoned house at Canalave City that was locked. You should get Darkra by then just follow the story plot.
Shaymin:
To get Shaymin you have to open the mystery gift. Once you do Oak's Letter from a guy with a green shirt in any PokeMarket go to Route 224. Talk to the Polished Rock. Put who is dearest to you. A Shaymin should pop out of no where. Follow it. You should battle it by then.
Arceus:
To get Arceus you have to open the mystery gift. Once you get the Azure Flute from a guy with a green shirt in any PokeMarket go to SpearPillar where you battle Dialga/Palkia. The Azure Flute should play by itself. Go up the stairs and Arceus should battle you.
