I'm in victory road in the cave to the elite4 and I can't get through it I need help

How do I do wifi and global trading

You need to use rock climb, surf and waterfall to complete victory road.

To do wi-fi and global trading you need to buy a nintendo usb wi-fi connector. Once you have set that up, you can:
1. Go to the basement of the Pokemon center and obtain your friend code at the first desk on the right. Then you exchange codes with other people. Now you can enter the wi-fi room, also in the basement, and if anyone is also on at the time you can trade or battle.
2. In Jubilife city you can find the Global Trading Station (GTS). Using the wi-fi connector you can enter and seek a Pokemon you have seen or offer one for something you have seen.
