What's up with that shiny rock?

You know that are you can get to from victory road? It's pretty much the farthest area on the map to the right, and it's description is 'a small version of sinnoh'? Well there's a shiny rock there says 'smooth and polished like a mirror'? Well does that serve any purpose? Just wanted to know because I keep visiting it but nothing's going on.

Yes, it leads you to the Pokemon Shaymin, which is pretty much useless, and a waste of time. But you can't get it without Going to an Nintendo event or by using an Action replay, so just forget about it.

Psycho Pichu Trainer answered:

Well you can hold on to it for now, if you have to fortune of catching a togepi later you can use a shiney stone to evolve Togeic into Togekiss which has far better stats.

That shiny rock or that white graffiti? The white grafiti is something that the Pokemon makers made for something I dunno and use action replay and go up from there and SHAYMIN AGHH!!
