How do I get to the fifth gym leader?when I enter here gym,it says she isnt there.someone please help

You have to keep playing the game until you save the sick psyducks then you can battle her

You have to beat the first four gyms before you can battle her.

You must enter your Pokemon into a HeartHome City Contest I believe. She would be in the Contest Hall so you must greet her. She has the weirdest hairdo in the building.
