HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Can someone please help me with the action replay? I tried to download codes to the action replay with the Code Manager, and all the stuff is now deleted. Nothing is on there. And whats the worst, I JUST GOT IT 2 DAYS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok first it's okay most people have done this!!!
Ok you have two options on what to do:
1)on the code manager in the top right corner it should say subscriptons under that I should say three things Codejunkies US Games, EU Games, and JP Games just press the plus sign on etheir one (depending on where bought you the games) (then real quick click the star in the my codlist area and name the new codelist) then scroll down and click and drag the games you want to the my codlist part. Once you are done with that connect the ds to the computer using the instructions in the book!!! Once it says that the ds is connected click and drag your codlist from the my codlist part to the nintendo ds part and you are done!!!
I know that was alot of info but you basicly have to do the same thing for the next one!!!
2)delete all the action replay code manager stuff from you computer put in the disk and restart from the begining!!!
