I have Pokemon ranger and I traded the manaphy to my Pokemon pearl but on my Pokemon pearl I don't have manaphy.Whats going on?

What you have to do is you have to go to Pokemon mart and talk to the Pokemon ranger.(note he will be wearing green.)also could you rate my answer 10 and valid thanks.
