I was on the internet before and I was lokking up anything on Pokemon pearl secrets ect. And it said that if you go to canalave city and say no to sailor(i forget his name) fly home and save then turn of your ds, it said that it'll start off like a quiz in the interviews and if you answer with a Pokemon you change into it. Is that true?

No, that will not happen. I doubt that anything like that will ever happen in a Pokemon, so just ignore things like that.
