A Milotic Question. Please answer.
I have a lvl 50 feebas and in my guidebook, it says that the feebas needs high beauty to evolve into a milotic. What does High Beauty mean? I gave my feebas all beauty poffins and I am still trying for the master beauty ribbon. If I need to get the master beauty ribbon to evolve the feebas, can someone tell me hints on the dress up part of the contest because I only get 1-3 and other people get 8-10's. Lastly, my last question is if you need a beauty ribbon to evolve the feebas, do you level the feebas one more time to evolve it after you get the ribbon or does it automatically evolve. I know that this is alot but I'm sure nice people will help.

Man... I'll answer you... But I'll preface this by saying that I really hate milotic and feebas... Only because not only is feebas so flippin' hard to find, but evolving it is harder still!
You don't have to win any contests... You have to max-out feebas's beauty stat... Poffins are the answer! But the rub here, is that your Pokemon will get full (and stay full forever) after eating a certain amount of poffins... You need really good 'beauty' poffins to actually max out the stat. You can tell how high the stat is by looking at the pentagonal graph when you feed it poffins... It will have a triangle level that grows when you feed it poffins, and the triangle has to go right to the point of the graph... IE: fill the beauty part of the graph.
If you fill up your Pokemon and this hasn't happened, then feebas will never evolve... Bah that sucks!
But it is supposed to help if your pokemon has a good nature:like 'jolly' not 'lax' for example.
If it won't evolve, well you have one feebas, you could always breed it untill you get a good one... If you have a female feebas, then this should be a cinch! Just breed it with a compatible Pokemon and hatch the egg... If you have a male feebas, breed it with a ditto. Then you will have an egg that will have a feebas (this trick works with ANY Pokemon except the pones who will not breed like some legendaries)
The feebas will then evolve if you max out it's beauty, the next time you level up.
oh and just a note on the contests... you need to have really good accessories...

Getting Feebas to evolve into a Milotic requires you to max out the beauty stat.
It has to be all the way o the end, other wise, chances are you Feebas will not evolve. One really good way to get max beauty is to get together with some friends and all of you blend Poffins, as the quality is higher with more people.
You must continue to feed your Feebas Beauty Poffins until it cannot eat anymore.
No, you do not need to get it to win the beauty contest to evolve.
When you do get max Beauty stat, Level Feebas up by one and it should evolve into a Milotic.
Some berries to use to get Max beauty can be Wiki berries or Ganlon Berries work well with friends.
Micle berries work well on your own.
If you do need any of those berries, feel free to visit the Pokemon Trading forum if you have wi fi conection to obtain them.
Also, make sure your Feebas has a nature that says "Likes Dry Food" as it helps when feeding it Poffins.
