Question for Pokemon Pearl

How do you do the mystery gift? I have 2 DS`s and both diamond and pearl. Please Help!

I think you can only get it at an event, or from someone across the world. I think you have to choose a gift, I'm not sure how though.

Go to the third floor in the jubilife tv station and talk to the man standing beside the girl and he'll ask you for an interview say "yes" and he'll ask you opinion no t.v. Say "everyone happy" and then I think he asks for your opinion on t.v and say" wi-fi connection" than you and and you have mystery gift.

You go to the tv place in jubilife city and go to a man on the third floor, and he askes you what you think about something and then in your reply to the first question say "everyone" "happy" and then to the second you say "wifi" "connection". And he will unlock it
