Doespachirisu and combee learn moves

Does pachirisu learn volt tackle if it does what level and another question does combee learn other moves before it evolves if it does what level

No Pachirisu doesnt really learn anything good at all, let alone volt tackle. And combee wont learn anything else at all either. So if you have a male combee I suggest putting it in your box and never taking it out again really.

Pachirisu does not learn Volt Tackle.

Combee is born knowing Sweet Scent and Gust. It doesn't and can't learn anything. So the only uses of having it are to get Vespiqueen (if Combee is female), to atract wild Pokemon to you with Sweet Scent, or to try to get free honeys after a battle. It's pretty useless.
