I have skitty and cyndaquil at level like 50 and 999 health but I can't beat darkrai what are the best moves for skitty and cyndaquil

Well, dark type Pokemon are weak against bug, and fighting types... Dark and ghost don't do much, and psychic, doesn't do a thing. Dark moves are strong against psychic and ghost, but weak against fighting, steel, and dark. If any of your Pokemon learn bug or fighting type moves, teach them it.
