Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time

Hello. I used a wonder mail code to get an eevee, but every time I try to use it, it says that I'm not ready for it. Although, it says I have to go to quicksand cave, and I'm on the last chapter, but it's not on my place list. But, the dot is on my map. Please help!

If your at the last chapter then you should be able to go in that quest, try graduating from the guild before, maybe then you could go straight to the quicksand caves.

P.S.another easy way to get eevee's are to go to mystifying jungle and bring a golden mask cause theres some wild eevee's there, but you need to get farther ahead in the game, and the eevee's there are around Lv13 (give or take a few lvls). But they are lower lvl cause they are weak pokemons the other pokemons are around Lv45-50.
