Well I don't think theres a higher rank you can get. If you haven't recruited a all the Pokemon that you can in the game then I guess you can do that. You can also do wifi missions and help other players if I'm not mistaken.
Well, once you abtain master rank, you will be given a job by Mr.Mime from Spinda's Cafe. He wants you to find a secret agent who can unlock a secret switch in ranking mechanezism so you can continue to the guildmaster rank.
