Question for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time

When I go to enter a code for Wondermail, it won't work! My DSi says the password is incorrect, but I'm
POSITIVE I entered it right. What am I supposed to do?

I have the sane problem on my ds. I heard that you have to rescue scizor but that is at the end of the game after you beat dialga.

First of all, I know what is wrong if your game is explorers of sky. If it is, then the code is for explorers of time and darkness. If you don't have Explorers of sky, then I have no idea what's wrong.
