To find Spacial Rift you need to complete the Graduation and Team Charm story arcs before you start getting the strange nightmares. Soon, you'll be taken to Spacial Rift.
After a few days there should be a mr mime near the kelokeon market in treasure town. Talk to him and you will be allowed to go to blizzard island. There you go through crevice cave and battle froslass and save scizor. Hope this helps.
