I am a level 86 skitty and I beat the game but I can't evolve. Some one please help me!

You have to get a moonstone with you, you can get the moonstone using wondermail password find it yourself!
You have to get a wondermail code to get a moonstone
You have to have recruted manaphy and dialga I think
Then go to luminous spring with the moonstone and you will be able to evolve.
