I beat the game, evolved my starters, am almost at Master's Rank, and have almost unlocked all the dungeons. I really want Articuno, so I tried the Wonder Mail for the new dungeon, however upon trying to open it it says this:
"That's odd! This job's location is Mt. Avalanche. This appears to be outdated."
I tried several new WM's but to the same result. I've never visited this dungeon before, so I really don't know what's up. I tried Shimmer Desert and Bottomless Sea, but the same thing (Actually, I don't think I even visited Shimmer Desert in my last saved adventure...). Please help, I really want Articuno and to unlock the two remaining dungeons! Is there a way to get around this??

You need to make sure youve first defeated Darkrai. Otherwise theres no reason why you can't go to Mt. Avalanche.
