First you have to beat Darkrai and recruit Cressela. Which you can do by beating dark crater and the talking to her at the edge of sharpedo rock. Then you have to do 3 missions, ( I reccommend doing three beach cave missions at the same time) and then you will go to bed and when you wake up Manaphy will come to you all grown up. He will then ask to join your team. Say yes. Then do 3 more missions and when you wake up Manaphy will come to you again saying that he found a dungeon called Marine Resort. Once you unlock the dungeon you beat the game. Hope this helped.
