First you have to beat Darkrai and recruit Cressela. Which you can do by beating dark crater and the talking to her at the edge of sharpedo rock. Then you have to do 3 missions and then you will go to bed and when you wake up Manaphy will come to you all grown up. He will then ask to join your team. Say yes. Then do 3 more missions and when you wake up Manaphy will come to you again saying that he found a dungeon called Marine Resort. Once you unlock the dungeon you beat the game

He will then ask to join your team. Say yes. Then do 3 more missions and when you wake up Manaphy will come to you again saying that he found a dungeon called Marine Resort. Once you unlock the dungeon you beat the game. Hope this helped.
You need to first eat darkrai, I used dream eater when my Pokemon was hungry then I ate the lefoves then I ate some cheese to feshen my mouth!
