Hey I need help on evolving my riolu.Its level 100 but it says I can't evolve.i beat the game and evolved my partner and my original pokemon.PLease tell me how to evolve it.I want a lucario soooooo bad ty to anyone who answers.

Riolu has to hold a Sun Ribbon and have an IQ of over 1 star.
It must have an IQ of over 3 stars. Use orange gummis. They are Riolu's favorite. Also, Lucario can be found in certain dungeons, too, so you wouldn't have to evolve it.
