why doesn't my max attack action replay code work

Why doesn't my max attack and max special attack action replay code work I have it written down correctly but when I use it it makes my attack go to 100 attack and special attack 100

There are about maybve 100 problems but ill give you the most happened ones.

1. You got to many cheats and the cheats are messing up some other ones.

2. Your game is just purely messed up.

If you find 64 on the right most side of the code, change it to FF. The code maker may have not known the max stat number in this game.
