On my Action Replay, there are codes where you can get all of Castform's forms. I've tried them, but they don't work. How come? How do I make them work?

If you want to know how to change castform's forms then use either hail, rain dance, sunny day, all of the moves that change the weather in some way. After you use it castform changes until it is out of the weather that changed him/her.
