When (e.g: during game play, main menu etc.), how (how do I do it), and where(in a dungeon, when awaiting rescue etc.) do I put the AR codes and master code?

You need to have an action replay and at the starting screen make sure your game is in the slot, then click the little asterik(star) and go to the pencil. V'oila.
