Go to friend rescue, get help, password and it will say give this to a friend. Tell me wot it is and ill come rescue you. Ok?
Just use the golden seed ar code and use it to lvl up your Pokemon it's as easy as that not very hard for you to complete some mission after that. It should work the golden seed ar code worcked for it should for you so good luck.
